Welcome to Ornello. By purchasing or using any product from theornello.com, you agree to the following terms.
Ornello sells premade digital products — workbooks, planners, and guides — delivered as digital downloads (PDF and/or fillable digital formats). We do not offer consulting, coaching, or custom/bespoke services. Every product is a fixed, ready-made digital file.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
Where a product is offered for pre-order, the listing will state the expected delivery timeframe. Pre-order customers will receive their product by email once it is ready, and a confirmation immediately upon purchase.
When you purchase a product from Ornello, you receive a personal-use license: you may use, print, and fill out the product for your own personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim the product as your own work.
Products are delivered electronically (via download link and/or email). Because these are digital goods, no physical shipping applies.
Ornello may update its products or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
